Optional shipping protection

Misfit Studios shipping protection is an optional, one-time $2.99 USD add-on per order. The price in your shopping currency is shown before payment. It covers packages lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery.

Refunds

If your entire protected order is confirmed lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery, we will refund the full amount paid for that order to your original payment method, including any shipping charges, applicable taxes, and the protection fee. If only part of an order is affected, we will refund the amount paid for the affected items and their applicable taxes. We will not substitute store credit unless you request it.

How to request help

Email support@shopmisfitstudios.com with your order number and a description of the problem. For damage, include photos of the item and packaging. For a missing or stolen package, include the tracking details and any delivery information you have. We may ask for reasonable supporting information and check with the carrier to confirm what happened.

Once a refund is approved, we process it within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it.

What this add-on covers

This add-on addresses delivery loss, theft, and damage. Size exchanges, fit preferences, and change-of-mind returns follow our regular refund policy. It does not provide a second payment for an amount already refunded or recovered.

If you add protection after checkout, you must complete the additional payment before the order ships and before any delivery loss, theft, or damage occurs.

Your existing rights

Protection is optional. Choosing not to buy it does not waive your rights under applicable consumer law or our existing obligations for your order. Contact us about any delivery problem whether or not you purchased protection.
