THE DETAILS
A few things
worth knowing.
Your points, your account, your next order. Here's how it all fits together.
Where are my points and rewards?
Open My Rewards and sign in with your purchase email. You can check your balance, redeem points, and find your reward codes there.
I ordered as a guest. Am I missing out?
Eligible guest orders earn points too. Create a store account with the same email you used for your order to access your points.
What can I redeem?
Every 100 points gets you $1 USD off. Redeem from 100 points up to 1,000 points ($10 USD), in 100-point increments. Use your code on a future order of $40 USD or more. For example, 210 points lets you redeem 200 points for $2 USD off, with 10 points left in your account.
Can I use another discount code too?
Reward codes cannot be combined with other product, order, or shipping discount codes. Each reward code is single use and tied to your customer account.
What if I return something?
Points earned on refunded merchandise are deducted from your balance. A partial refund reduces the points earned proportionally.
Shopping in another currency?
Point values, reward values, and the $40 minimum are based on USD. Local-currency equivalents can vary.
